So, you have learned a lot about the oceans and continents of the world! I have been so impressed with how hard you have worked over the past couple of weeks! 

Today, we are going to be thinking about climate. 

You will learn what a climate is, and where in the world the climates are hot or cold! Watch the following video to learn a little more!

Now, I would like you to think about the equator! The equator is the imaginary line that runs through the middle of the earth, just like the red line below:
The countries that are located near the equator are the hotter countries! Watch this video to find out why:
