We have had another great week in school. I have managed to spend some time in Years 2 and 6 this week and am so impressed with how hard the children are working. They have made a great start to the school year. We have just one week left now before we break up for half –term on Friday 22^nd October.

This week a group of our Y5 and 6 pupils took part in the Council’s Big Listening Festival. They were asked about their local area, health and wellbeing, personal safety, the environment and their plans for the future. The staff who came were so impressed with their confidence throughout the discussion. Well done to: Isabelle, Lola, Callum, Oliver, Noah, Bradley, Seren and Emma.

Next week there is a session for Y5 and 6 parents regarding the puberty sessions with Happy Healthy Kids. This is taking place on Wednesday 20^th October at 2.15pm in the hall. Please return the slip to school if you are able to join us for the session.
