    Welcome to our Year 3 class page. The best way to contact me is via the school office or at the classroom door at the end of the day.

    Below is a list of weekly reminders:

    Homework - Return and given out on Fridays.

    Reading - It is important that the children reads at home on a regular basis. Home readers can be returned to be changed on any day but each child has been given an allocated day.  Children should practise their reading at least 3 times every week with an adult. Reading records need to be completed each time by an adult and handed in once a week for entry to the reading draw.

    Spellings - Our weekly spelling test is on Fridays. Children can practice their spellings through Spelling Shed at home during the week.  

    Times tables - We have a test most Fridays on the tables your child is working on. We access TTRockstars once a week in school on the school iPads and enjoy improving out rock status.

    PE - PE is on Wednesday in Autumn 1 and Spring 1. Children can come to school in their PE kits on those days. 

    Swimming - Year 3 have swimming lessons each Friday till February half term. Children can come to school wearing their PE kits.
