We have recently welcomed Chloe into year 2.

This week there has been a real focus throughout school on using the internet safely. Special thanks go to Mrs Howarth and Miss Parkinson for planning a range of activities for the children, in particular the work on #Hacker. The children all did a great job as ‘Cyber Police’ on Monday. Have a chat to your child(ren) about the important messages we have talked about this week. We will be sharing these with you in our assemblies next Friday, 17^th February. There will be an assembly for Infant parents next Friday morning, and one for Junior parents next Friday afternoon. More details will follow at the beginning of next week.

A big thank you to a group of our Y5’s who proudly talked about their outdoor learning sessions to staff and pupils from Leigh St. John’s C.E. Primary School yesterday. Thank you to Harrison, Matthew, Liberty, Lucy, Lydia, Olivia, Ellie and Fedora.

Next week is our last week before the half-term break. There are some ‘Stay & Play’ sessions in Reception on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings. Sign up for one of them if you can. On Wednesday afternoon Rector Martin is joining us for our service in church. Refreshments are available from 2.30pm. There is a Tag Rugby competition on Thursday afternoon and Discos after school.
