This week we have really seen everyone working hard throughout school. A very small number of parents met on Monday for the Parents Association meeting. They are busy organising a couple of events before the end of this half-term. On Thursday 18th October we are holding our first school discos of the year. The Infant one starts straight after school, finishing at 4.30pm. The Junior one starts at 4.45pm finishing at 6.00pm. Tickets will be on sale soon. On Friday 19th October it would be great if you could bring the Bag2school bag back ready for collection that morning. All funds raised by our wonderful PA go to supporting school trips (the coach costs) and buying extra resources for our school. This Sunday a group of our Year 6 pupils will have their final Confirmation class, ahead of Confirmation on Sunday 21st October. Next week many of our Year 6 pupils are out of school for the week at Hinning House. Mr Lawrenson and Mrs Wallace are there all week- Mrs Lowe and I are there for part of the week too.
