  • Official opening of new entrance and office areas

    Fri 25 Mar 2022

We had a lovely time coming together as a school community on Wednesday to officially celebrate the opening of our new school entrance and recognise our recent Ofsted inspection. This is the first time in 2 years that we have all been together. Unfortunately when we do meet as a whole school in the hall we are unable to invite family members. There just isn’t enough room. The children enjoyed a cake and drink in their classrooms (thank you Sharon for the cakes) before coming together in the hall for an assembly with Rector Martin, some of our governors and invited guests. Each class finished by going into the new entrance with Rector Martin carrying out a blessing. A special time for us all.

  • Update 18.3.22

    Fri 18 Mar 2022

Our red nose and spoon races in the sunshine were the perfect end to a busy assessment week. The children had lots of fun in their ‘house races’. In the Infants Windsor were the overall winners, and Hanover and Tudor drew in the Junior obstacle races. Here we can see our winning junior house captains celebrating. We are now fast approaching the end of term. We start our parent/ teacher meetings next week, beginning with Year 2 on Monday. Year 3 are collecting Easter eggs for the Easter draw that will take place on Friday 1st April. Entry into the draw costs 50p. Please send the money into school with your child’s name on from Monday. We have a junior football team playing a match against St. George’s Central after school today. Good luck everyone!  Let’s hope this sunshine continues over the weekend, and we’ll see you on Monday.
