The week started with Year 1 visiting Stockley Farm. On Monday afternoon Charlie, Jasmine and Mrs Birchall went to the Pelican Centre to see the completed mosaic. Do look out for it if you are in the area. Year 3 enjoyed their day at Tatton Park yesterday. Today my Headteacher’s awards have gone to Years 2 and 3. I have been impressed with Year 2 and how hard they are working. I have seen a great improvement in the maturity in many of our Year 3 pupils. Keep it up! Enjoy the Bank Holiday week-end. See you on Tuesday.

It's been great to see everyone back in school this week. A couple of pupils have been reminded about uniform. We are proud of our uniform, and all pupils are expected to be in full school uniform, including shoes. Today my Headteacher's awards have gone to Reception and Year 6. Our Reception children have settled quickly back into school life this week. Well done everyone! I can see you are all getting ready for Year 1. I have also been really impressed with everyone in Year 6 this week. They have all been really focused on their work. Keep it up! Your hard work will pay off. On Sunday Liam and Sara are getting confirmed in a service at St. Stephen's at 6.30pm. Have a lovely week-end.

I hope you have all had a lovely Easter break. I look forward to seeing everyone as school opens tomorrow for the start of the new term. Breakfast Club will be open from 7.30am. This is proving to be very popular and is full most days. We will be having the service as usual in Church on Wednesday afternoon, starting at 2.50pm. The first Parents Association meeting of this term is on Wednesday at 7.30pm. On Thursday there are Sats meetings after school for parents of children in years 2 & 6.

  • End of term

Thank you to everyone for their support last term and to all pupils and staff for their hard work. On Friday morning our winning house- Windsor- enjoyed a morning of Circus skills. There was much excitement when the day finished with the Easter Draw. Thank you to everyone who provided the eggs and to Miss Quinn, Miss Roberts and Y3 for organising the draw. At the last count, £390 had been raised for our chosen charity, Milly's Smiles. I hope you all have a lovely break. We are back in school on Tuesday 18th April.
