Thank you to everyone who supported our 'Walk to school day' on Monday. Please consider if that is an option for you on some occasions. Our Anti-Crash crew had a walk round the local area yesterday . They spoke to a few parents in cars about parking considerately and legally. Please do support us as we try to make the streets around school safer for the children. Our Year 5's were amazing in the Let's Sing concert on Monday. Special mention goes to Laura for her solo. Well done! Our year 6 Leaver's Service on Wednesday morning and mini concert after school were super. Year 6's had a great time at Gulliver's World on Thursday, and year 1 thoroughly enjoyed their visit to Ellesmere Port National Waterways museum. Later this evening we have our Year 6 Leavers' Ball. Have a great week-end. Just 1 week left now.

Can’t believe it’s July already! So close now to the end of term. We started the week with the anti-crash crew talking to us about their work in assembly on Monday. They hope you have seen their letter and will help reduce the traffic around school on Monday when we have our ‘Walk to school day’. Everyone spent Tuesday in their new class as we had our first ‘Pass Up’ day. We also welcomed parents in too. On Wednesday morning we were treated to some great performances from our Y4 brass players, Luke, the Infant Singing Club and Junior Performing Arts group. Well done everyone! We managed to hold our Sports Day on Thursday. What a great morning we had with all the children competing in their houses. Stuart were our winners. It was lovely to have so many of our family members with us, and fun to watch our parents in their tug of war! Just 2 more weeks left now.
