Y5 started their work with the Halle on Monday morning, and then followed this up with a visit to Bridgewater Hall on Wednesday. They had a great time- it’s an amazing experience for them. Mrs Deakin received many comments on the superb behaviour of our Y5 pupils. Well done everyone! They continue their work next week ahead of the concert on Monday 12th February. Our football team did us proud on Monday when they won their match against Sacred Heart 3-2. Mr Lawrenson told me they were ace! I am really pleased with how well Years 2 and 3 are working at the moment, and they have received my Headteacher’s Awards today. Look out for our newsletter in the middle of next week. Have a great week-end.

    Fri 05 Jan 2018
It has been lovely to see everyone back in school this week, and hearing about everyone's news from the Christmas holidays. Some parents joined us for our Epiphany service in school on Wednesday. I hope you enjoyed it. Next week we are in Church as usual. The children have all settled really well back into school. A special mention goes to Years 1 & 3. They have been presented with my Headteacher's awards today. I have been really impressed to see how quickly they have got back into the swing of things! Do ask to see a copy of the Outdoor Learning Newsletter sent home this week if your child hasn't brought it home yet. You can read about some of the great things that happened in Outdoor learning last term. We have said goodbye to Leo in Reception today ahead of him starting his new school on Monday. We all wish him well. Have a great week-end.
